This is the secure website of the Tobacco Claims Canada Claims Administrator, where you can file PCC or QCAP claims, upload supporting documentation, and view the status of claims you have submitted.

To access the Claimant Portal, enter your Username. Please note, you can file for multiple Tobacco-Victims using your Claimant Portal Account. If you already created a Claimant Portal Account, do not create a new account to file a claim for an additional Tobacco Victim.
