To reset your Tobacco Claims Canada Claimant Portal password, provide your Username and click the “Reset Password” button below. An email notification will be sent to the email address associated with your Claimant Portal account that contains a Password Reset Code. Please enter the code below that was provided in the password reset email sent to you.
